Use your breath to regulate your state, not to escape your life. Breathwork can calm you, focus you, and bring you back to your body. But if you use it only to feel better without facing what is actually wrong, it becomes a distraction. Use it to prepare yourself to act, not to avoid action.

I remember doing breath in LA at the Feminine Intelligence event and also here in Sedona with Jesselyn Desmond. I WAS BLOWN AWAY. I felt like my body had left my body. I was totally amazed at how much simple, free, breath work is and how much it could do to my brainwaves, body and perception. It was a huge shift for me. I also believe you can release a lot of things through your breath. It is amazing that this just comes right in the tool (our own body) and that it is so epically powerful.
