Often we're not very intentional with ourselves or our friends, so write it down, tell other people, and speak it out loud. That's powerful. Also, if you don't know what your purpose is, write down that you want to know your purpose and ask for a sign, ask for guidance. Often you're going to meet someone or do something, so holding that intention is really important."

I remember doing breath in LA at the Feminine Intelligence event and also here in Sedona with Jesselyn Desmond. I WAS BLOWN AWAY. I felt like my body had left my body. When I first learned about spoon bending by reading Jack Houck's research I was blown away. I followed his instructions on how to do a PK party and decided to muster up the courage to gather people and try it. It worked and it forever changed my life and my perspective. If reality is that malleable I wanted to know more. I built LightNet to satisfy my shock and curiosity about this new perspective I had on reality. I do spoon bending parties here at Lightnet. Getting out of your logical mind is really the key. The mind seems to want to control things and hey, it is a very confusing pattern to introduce the idea that this could be true, so there is some resistance. When you let you heart lead, things change.

Getting yourself out of your head and relaxing is important. When you are tense you are worrying. I have seen people stick objects to the wall by pretending they are spiderman. Play somehow works, it engages our imagination, heart and sense of wonder. I think wonder tells your brain to pay attention and record a new pattern.

Jack Houck recommended 15 or more for your first attempt, noting that about 50% of people can bend AFTER alone. The group energy makes it more fun, and having fun is actually important to crossing these types of thresholds.

Letting of the need to have a particular outcome is the hardest but most important. So much so that Jack Houck used to yell it "Let Go!". I always say that "worrying" is reverse manifesting and it is. The math adds up. So if you are focused on "why is this not bending", "am I really going to be able to do this" and other thoughts, you will be moving in the wrong direction. Young children don't worry so much about failing (they do when they hit 12 etc) but when they are playing they are free. So try to put your ego to the side and allow it to be fun and easy, if you don't bend, you can always try tomorrow, which takes the pressure off the moment.

The fastest way to get people out of their head is to cause chaos. At some point your brain gives up and can't track multiple things at once, so they suddenly fall back into that heart based state of being. Just like a woman pulling a car from her child, she is not thinking that she can't do it, she is lost in the moment.

After training with Dalia Burgoin and having her glue hair brushes to the wall and turn water into vinegar, I knew that belief was at the core of everything. I also know that beliefs are deep with in our subconscious mind, so many people are not even aware of what they truly believe.
