Flow

When you gather with like-minded people in a spirit of openness and curiosity, something remarkable happens , you enter a state of flow. In that state, the experience deepens, possibilities multiply, and the boundaries of what you believed was possible begin to quietly dissolve. Flow is not just a mental state. It is alignment. When you are truly in flow with the universe, you carry its blessing in everything you do, and spoon bending is no different. The universe recognizes you as part of itself, and in that recognition, it simply gets out of your way. In flow — all go. The resistance disappears. The doubt disappears.
