I cannot stress the importance enough of finding a spiritual teacher who you click with! Bashar Abraham Hicks Steven Greer Wayne Dyre Even less well known teachers like Jake Ducey on Youtube etc. Once you find your person, listen to their teachings so long as you feel aligned with what they teach, definitely use discernment but finding the right teacher can absolutely change the course of your life! Now I'm not suggesting by any means that you spend thousands of dollars on courses trying to learn the ways of these masters, because there's SO MUCH free content on youtube alone that that's plenty enough to really get those gears turning. For example, the second I started listening to Bashar his words and concepts and world views deeply impacted me to the point of real internal change. And I was able to see serious results not even six months later. The more I practiced his teachings, the more in alignment I became and the more my life started to synchronistically fall into place. Find a teacher, follow their teachings, watch how your outer world evolves to match your new and improved inner world.

Maybe there's a perfect time waiting out there where all the stars are aligned, and then it will be your time to start this project, this goal, this mindset change, but unless you're a seasoned astrologer and you know the exact movement and pattern of alignment to the cosmos you probably won't know exactly when where why and how that time might come about. Now that was a lot of words but a motto I like to stick with is "Start before you're ready!" because when are you ever 100% ready. (Use this advice with discretion of course, you don't wanna drive on the highway packed full of dangerous traffic without a license, thats not what I mean) What I do mean is to chalange yourself. Start that project you've been procrastinating on and think you don't have all the materials for. As long as you feel inspired to start it, don't let "not being 100% prepared" stop you from trying.

When I found my purpose, it actually found me. And a big reason I was able to realize that it was aligned to my bliss and joy and something I wanted to dedicate my life to, was because I'd spent time deprogramming all the subconscious beliefs that would've told me what I was pursing was absurd. We've grown up in a society where "Artists are starving, You have to be a rocket scientist or have 5 PHD's to change the world in relevant ways or be someone who matters, etc etc." By disowning these ideals and others similar to them, I've been able to detach myself from the common narrative and pave my own path.

Guided meditation, regular meditation, self hypnosis and listening to binaural beats while going to sleep was something that I believe attributed to a great deal of my success in finding my path and truest alignment- ie. purpose. Now you can do a simple youtube search for a meditation, guided meditation, breathing practice or binaural beats concoction for just about anything you can think of to improve right now in your life. Don't stop at purpose and alignment, improve subconscious beliefs around money and wealth, weight loss, general mood and happiness. Seriously throw on some binaurals throughout the day mixed into regular music playlists, then listen to a guided meditation on how to tune into intuition and finish the day with a self meditation going to sleep. Most will recommend 30 minutes to and hour daily but don't be afraid to break this up into several peices throughout the day. Whatever feels natural. Even if your only meditation is quieting your mind while drinking tea in the morning. Dedicate time to meditation and I promise you'll start to see results.

Keeping your mind in a positive place isn't only extraordinary for your mental health, but it helps you to be aware of more positive opportunities that come your way. Something I started taking very seriously early on was the commitment to catching negative thought forms as they arose in my mind space. I knew I didn't always have control of my surroundings, but I did have control to the way I reacted to them. And I knew that in order for me to recognize when a synchronistic opportunity popped into my field , I needed to be in the right headspace to recieve it. Not thinking about all the ways this or that probably wasn't directed at me or the implications of how I'd probably fail or "what gives me the right to do that, I don't know anything about that." etc. Keeping a positive mindset by thinking about things that make you smile also pulls like a magnet more joyous opportunities to experience the things you think about into your reality since what you focus on becomes what you experience. And if you find yourself sad, or mad or in any displeasing emotional thought loop, learn some tools on how to channel and dispel that emotion, feel it until it's gone and then see how quick you can get back on that happy horse without judgement to or at yourself.
