Really helps me clear my mind, I can then see things clearly

I did this every day - this really and it clears my mind and I cam focus

I have asked for signs and have received them. My lamp flickers every night about 8:15 pm - I know that it is my sister checking with me.

I do this everyday and it has been phenomenal for me my prayers have been answered

I actually ask for signs - my lamp always flickers around 8:15 pm and I know that it is my sister and that she is present and checking on me.

I can blank out my mind and I see things in my mind, that I never would have seen.

This calms me down and opens my mind and I can focus
